Your Premier Portrait should give you many years of viewing pleasure if it is displayed and correctly. We always recommend framing your print and advise that your print is displayed out of sunlight, in a dry, damp free environment and at normal room tempreture. As paper is a naturally sourced product some discolouration will naturally occur over time.
We reserve the right to decline commissions at our discretion, without having to disclose the reason behind refusal.
We reserve the right to display work produced as commissions on our website, printed literature and displays.
We will not offer privately commissioned pieces for sale to persons other than the individual making the commission unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commissioned work is soley intended for home display and is not to be resold, reproduced without the written permission of Premier Portraits.

The use of the web site and any purchase by you on this web site of any products are governed by English Law and indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Premier Portraits reserves the right to amend and make change the contents to this web site and the terms and conditions at any time, and to add or withdraw items from our range without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Portraits disclaims all warranties of any kind with respect to the content of web site. These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
UK Postage and Packaging Costs:
Post and packaging apply to all deliveries. We charge £3.75 for delivery. Prints are sent in a robust card tube. If you order several items for delivery to one address then the charge will remain at the same rate for the total order. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail's recorded delivery service and will require a signature
We make every effort to deliver the orders as soon as possible. We endeavour to despatch all the orders within 3-5 working days once full payment has been received and cleared.

Making your order:
Please send your request via our contact form. We will email an invoice to you for the products you request. It is your responsibility to check this is correct and then forward your payment.
Payment Method:
We only accept payments via Paypal. Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Solo card are accepted by Pay Pal. (this does not mean you have to have a pay pal account).
Security and Privacy:
Premier Portraits recognise the importance of security shopping online for customers. We use Pay Pal who follow, secure online credit card transaction. Your payment details are encrypted and cannot be read as it travels over the internet.
We do not share or disclose your personal information with any other parties. All the data we collect from this site and store your details are completely confidential and used only to
• Take and fulfil customer orders
• Administer and enhance the site and service
• Only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes.
Damaged Goods:
Your Premier Portrait will be sent to you in a sturdy cardboard tube via recorded delivery. If it is delivered damaged when received, mark the delivery slip you sign 'Received damaged' and alert us via email with your delivery number so that we can cross reference and arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition accompanied with any original packaging/ boxes.
The items must arrive at our offices within 7 days of our despatch date to you.
